What to do if I have an error while scanning a QR Ph code?

If you encountered an error while scanning a QR Ph code, it could be due to any of these reasons:

  • The QR code is not a QR Ph code

  • The QR code belongs to a person instead of a merchant

  • The merchant may be blocked from receiving payments

  • Your internet connection is weak

Please check the QR code and your connection, then try again.
