How can I delete my data? I forgot my password

If you want to delete your data because you forgot your password, please chat with Customer Care in the Skyro app so they can help you. Your eligibility will depend on when you last used Skyro:

  • Active users' accounts: It cannot be deleted yet

  • Closed accounts active within the last five years: It only be deleted after five years

  • Users who applied one year ago: can request deletion after one year.
