How long do I have to file a claim?

Claims must be filed within 30 days from the date of the incident.

  1. Where can I use my Skyro Product Loan?

You can use your Product Loan by visiting any of our 8,000+ partner stores nationwide. Choose your dream item, whether that's a new phone, gadget, or appliance. Check our website to view a map of all our partner merchants and store locations.

  1. What does pre-approved mean?

See "pre-approved" after applying? That means you have a high chance of receiving final loan approval, boss! But the decision depends on your chosen product and its store price. Go to the store to use your pre-approval.

  1. How to pay for my Product Loan?
    There are 2 ways to pay for your Skyro Product Loan: online or over-the-counter. Find out how to pay here.

  2. Can I convert my Skyro Product Loan to cash?

No, you cannot convert your Skyro Product Loan into cash, boss. Currently, Skyro Cash Loan is available for those with 2 or more active Skyro offers.

  7. How do I compute my loan amount?

To easily compute your loan amount, use our Product Loan calculator on the website. Just enter your loan amount and it will quickly estimate your monthly payment based on your chosen installment period.

  1. What to do if my device broke?
    We hear you, boss! If you added a Value-Added Service (VAS) like Device Protection, you can file a claim so we can help with the repair or replacement. Just check your loan details to see which VAS you have and file a claim with the insurance provider.

    If you don’t have VAS, we recommend going back to the store where you bought the item and following their repair or return policy. They’ll guide you on what to do next.

  2. What to do if my device was stolen?
    If your device was stolen, boss, please report it right away to the nearest police station and get a police report. If you availed a Value-Added Service (VAS) like Device Protection, you can file a claim using the police report to get support.

    If you don’t have VAS, the loan will still continue, boss. Please chat with Customer Care in the Skyro app for help.

  3. What to do if my device is faulty/poor quality?
    If you just bought the device and noticed it’s not working properly, boss, please reach out to the store where you bought it. The store can help check the item and guide you on repair or replacement based on their policy.

    Skyro helps by financing your purchase, but any issues with the item are handled by the merchant. It’s best to contact them directly for product concerns, boss.

    If it’s been some time since your purchase and you added a Value-Added Service (VAS) like Goods Protection, Gadget Protection, or Extended Warranty, you can file a claim for help with repair or replacement. Just check your loan agreement to see which VAS you have and file a claim with the insurance provider.
