How do I file a claim?

Once your loan with insurance is approved, you will receive an email from Igloo. The email will include a link to the customer portal and your Certificate of Cover (COC).

To file a claim, you need to log in to the Igloo customer portal. You will need to:

• Fill out your personal details

• Enter your device information

• Provide a brief explanation of how the damage occurred

• Upload photos or videos of the damaged item

• Submit your claim for review
