Loan Protection
Loan protection is an insurance that helps pay your loan if something unexpected happens, like a disability or passing away. Skyro will help take care of your loan and family. If a covered accident or illness occurs, the insurance company will work directly with Skyro.
What does Loan Protection cover?
It covers:

Death due to accident or illness

Total and permanent disability due to an accident
To keep things clear, please be honest about health conditions and risks before using this service.
Loan Protection does not cover: -
Suicide

Activities outside normal daily living
-
Work-related accidents
What is the coverage amount?The insurance can cover up to 4× your loan amount.
In case of death, burial assistance is also included—up to your original loan amount.
Total coverage can reach up to 5× the loan amount.
What is the policy term?The coverage lasts for the full loan period and applies 24/7, worldwide.
How do I request coverage?You or your beneficiary can contact Skyro Customer Care to start the request.

If Death is due to accident:

Skyro will send the needed documents to the insurance company. If approved, the insurer will settle the loan with Skyro. A Skyro agent will then confirm that the loan is closed and nothing more is owed.

Device Protection
Broken phone? Spilled coffee? They’re covered in Device Protection. If the device gets damaged or soaked, we’ll repair it or help you get a new one.
What does Device Protection cover?
It covers:

Accidental physical damage

Liquid damage
Robbery or burglary with clear signs of force or violence
This applies to many electronic items, such as mobile phones, cameras, appliances, and similar products.
What is the policy term?
Coverage follows the insurance policy linked to the approved loan and lasts for the same period.
What is the age limit and minimum insured sum?

There is no age limit.

The minimum insured amount is ₱50.

The maximum coverage depends on the value of the device.
