You can quickly view your SkyroPondo balance anytime in the home screen of the Skyro app, so you’ll know exactly how much is available.
→ Why is my SkyroPondo empty?
If your SkyroPondo is empty, boss, it means your balance was used to pay your Skyro loan. 5 days before your due date, SkyroPondo automatically uses your available balance to pay for your Skyro Product Loans, Cash Loans, or SkyroCredit minimum payment.. You can cash in anytime to add money to SkyroPondo.
→ What if my SkyroPondo balance isn’t enough to cover the loan or bill?
If your SkyroPondo balance is not enough to cover the loan or bill, you’ll need to pay the remaining amount using other Skyro payment methods, like via e-wallet, online banking, etc.

Are there any fees when I cash in or cash out in SkyroPondo?
When you cash in to SkyroPondo via e-wallet or online banking, there’s a ₱25 fee. With QR Ph, it’s only a ₱10 fee.
Pro tip: To save more, just cash in once a month if you’re paying multiple loans.
Cash-out? Not available yet, boss. But don’t worry! Once your funds are in SkyroPondo, they’re safe and ready for your loans.
