What is Skyro Flexi?

Skyro Flexi is a value-added service (VAS) that lets you change your payment amount or move your due date anytime. Because when life changes, so can your loan!

If budget feels tight, you can lower your monthly amount. If you want to finish your loan faster, you can pay more. Need more time? You can move your due date and choose a schedule that works better for you.

It’s your loan, made more flexible.

Where can I use Flexi?

Use Flexi to change your payment amount or move your due date for your Skyro Product Loan or Cash Loan.

How many times can I use Flexi?

You can use Skyro Flexi up to 6 times during your loan: 3 payment amount changes and 3 due date changes. Just make sure to use Flexi 6 days before your current due date, so the changes apply to your next payment.

How to avail Flexi?

To avail Flexi, go to your home screen in the Skyro app. Look for the Flexi widget on your home screen. Tap on it to activate Flexi. Congrats, it’s now ready to use, boss!

How to move my due date in Flexi?

Go to your loan page and tap the Flexi widget at the top right corner to move your due date using Flexi. You can choose any day from the 1st to the 29th (30th/31st not available). Just remember:

  • There must be at least 15 days between payments.

  • There can’t be more than 45 days between payments.


    How does the due date change affect the loan terms?

    The loan term and interest rate stay the same, boss.

    The total number of days in the loan may change.

    • Fewer days = less interest.

    • More days = a little extra interest added to your last payment.

    Your last payment might be slightly higher or lower than usual.

How to change my payment amount in Flexi?

Go to your loan page and tap the Flexi widget on your home screen to change your payment amount. You can lower your monthly amount if money is a bit short, or increase it to pay off your loan faster.

How much does Flexi cost?

Flexi costs a small percentage of your monthly loan payment, so the amount may be slightly different depending on your loan, boss.

You’ll see the exact fee before you activate it.

We always recommend checking the details first in the app.

  • The fee is automatically added to your monthly payments when Flexi is active.

  • If you cancel Flexi, the fee won’t be charged next month, unless you’ve already used it this month.

If your payment is already overdue, we won’t charge you for Flexi. Why?

  • Because we understand things might already be difficult, and we don’t want to add to what you owe.

  • And since Flexi doesn’t work when a payment is overdue, there’s no need to charge you for it.

Can I use Flexi when overdue?

No. Flexi can only be used when payments are up to date.

How can I cancel my Flexi?

You can cancel Flexi by chatting with Customer Care in the Skyro app.

  • If you’ve already used Flexi this month, the cancellation starts next month, and you’ll still be charged for this month.

  • If Flexi hasn’t been used this month, the cancellation is immediate and no fee will be charged.


    Note: Service fees already paid for Flexi can’t be refunded. You can always re-activate Flexi later in the app if needed, boss!
