Why can't I see the due date change feature in the app?

There can be two reasons for that:

  1. Due date change feature is part of Flexi product. This product is currently being tested on a limited number of merchants. In the future it'll become available to all Skyro customers.

  2. Your loan was issued less than 1 week ago. The feature will appear 7 days after the loan has been issued.

To get Flexi right now, you need to get a new loan at the following merchants: Abenson, Emcor, Electroworld, Automatic center and Microcell.
